私達坂道ブリュワリーは、全てにおいて結果と同じくらい過程を大切に思っています。
ビールも同じで、美味しい最初の一口に辿り着くまでに
『根気』『技術(職人の技）』『努力』『こだわり』が必要と思っています。
この西東京で美味しいビールを作るにあたり、エコ活動にも積極的に取り組み
地元のオーガニック材料をできる限り使っていく予定です。
立川のお店では、ビールの醸造と共にモダンでアットホームなお店作りを心がけ、
現代の様々なビールをお楽しみ頂きたいと思っています。
ラガーやエール等の身近なビールから、
今までに無かった様な新しいビールまで、幅広い種類を取り揃えていきたいです。
そして、ゆくゆくはどの様な場面にでも合う様な
エキサイティングで美味しいビールを提供する事が
坂道ブリュワリーの目標です。
At Sakamichi Brewing we recognize that the journey is just as important as the destination. We understand that before the first sip of delicious craft beer, there is a process that requires patience, craftsmanship, hard work, and attention to detail. We are dedicated to brewing the finest beer in western Tokyo with ecologically responsible brewing methods and locally sourced organic ingredients whenever possible. Our goal is to create a modern and welcoming space in Tachikawa where we can brew and serve a wide range of contemporary craft beer styles. With a lineup of beers ranging from classic styles to modern explorations of what beer can be, our goal is to make exciting and delicious beers perfect for any occasion.
